At 6:00 p.m. on Friday night, seven writers take over a local establishment and write through the night.
The goal? Each must produce a 15-minute Christmas-themed play before 6:00 a.m. the following morning.
At 8:00 a.m. Saturday, seven directors are each assigned one of the plays and each has one hour to conceptualize a production. Just one hour later, 16 actors arrive and rehearsal begins.
And at 7:30 Saturday night, the plays are performed for our audience!
Quickly becoming a new Christmas tradition in Michigan City, this is a family-friendly night of funny and heart-warming stories. And it just happens to be the one of the most entertaining nights of holiday theatre anywhere in Northwest Indiana!
